Today we are lucky to have an expert on cuckold topics with us. Not only because of her experience as a dominatrix, but also because of her professional knowledge as a sexologist. It is a privilege to bring you this interview, in which I learned an enormous amount and could not help reaching for my cock while conducting it. Without further ado, here is Mistress DR.

Dear Mistress DR,
Thank you very much for taking part in this interview for the Dr. Cuckold community. We would like to learn a few things about you, but of course feel completely free to share whatever information you wish with the community. I have some questions for you, but you are free to shape your answers as you see fit:
- Beginnings: How did you get started in the BDSM world? Was there an event in your childhood or adolescence that you associate with your beginnings? A catalyst?
In my case, there was no childhood event that triggered my interest in BDSM. My early years involved a great deal of travel because I came from a diplomatic family. We lived in many places, and I gathered many enriching experiences. I did not have my first contact with BDSM until I was 17, which I would consider the beginning of my journey in this world.
- Tell us more about that first experience you had at 17. Were you dominant from the beginning, or was it more of an evolution? Do you consider yourself 100% dominant, or do you take a different role with some men?
When I was 17, I began studying medicine, and that was where I met a man in his forties. There was a great deal of sexual attraction between us. One day we played cards and bet that whoever lost would have to follow the winner’s instructions for a few hours. I lost that time, so I had to follow his orders.
The man chose my outfit, asked me to wear very specific clothes, and told me to perform a series of acts at his whim. I spent an entire Saturday as his submissive. I was responsible for fulfilling his desires: preparing food, cleaning his body, licking his cock, cleaning his house… He taught me how to use several sex toys that he could insert into my body as he pleased, and I learned how painful nipple torture can be. As the day was coming to an end, this man confessed that I was not made to obey. He noticed how difficult it was for me to follow his instructions and how much all of it was costing me. He was my teacher and the person who introduced me to this world. From him, I learned how to treat my first submissives.

- Profession: You told me that you are a surgeon and a sexologist. First of all, congratulations on both careers. It is a very interesting combination. What motivated you to choose these professions?
I have always liked medicine. Wanting to help is innate in me. My interest in sexology emerged somewhat later in my life. Several events awakened my interest in this field. I realized that there are many situations in which people need help, yet medicine has no field with a broad enough body of knowledge and open-mindedness to take a holistic view of the situation. There are too many occasions when a psychiatrist cannot help because they lack sufficient open-mindedness or experience. These situations have a huge impact on people’s happiness, but very few professionals are prepared to deal with them.
I immensely enjoy my work as a sexologist, where I focus on providing support, listening, and understanding each patient’s needs. Leaving your comfort zone is not easy.
A person needs to understand that there is nothing wrong with defining themselves as a cuckold. The only wrong thing is limiting yourself. Little by little, you learn to open up, and the people around you will understand you. If you do not open up, you will carry this fetish latent throughout your life. One day, when you wake up, you will say: “What have I done with my life? I wasted my best years pleasing others because I was afraid of what they would say about me.” That is when anxiety and anguish take root. Fear arrives, and you realize that you are living a life you do not want, a life that is not yours.
- BDSM: Do you practice BDSM for pleasure, or do you also make money from professional sessions?
I have never charged for BDSM. Fortunately, my professional life has given me a very comfortable financial position, so I do not need to charge. I do it for pleasure.
I am a very controlling person. If you are my submissive, I want to know what you spend money on and what you do not spend it on, and I want my submissives to learn to decide what they need and what they do not.

- Relationships: Are you currently in a relationship? If so, does your partner know about and share this side of your BDSM life? What role does he play?
I am not currently in a relationship. My last serious relationship was five years ago. It was a vanilla relationship, with no BDSM, and we were even going to get married, but it ended.
Of course, I have had several vanilla relationships in my life. But I have always been the person who sets the rules. I am communicative, and I have managed to get my partners to adapt to my interests at each stage.
My last partner, whom I mentioned earlier, did know about my interest in BDSM. He knew I had submissives, although it was not to his liking. He managed to handle it and tolerate it. He was a straight man until he entered my games and took part with my submissives. At first, I allowed them to suck his cock at my command. Later, he also enjoyed anally penetrating some of my submissives when the situation and I required it. Over time, I learned that he is now married to another woman, but also has relationships with men. Clearly, I awakened a latent curiosity in him that he continues to explore.

- Your submissives: What do you look for in a submissive? How many submissives do you have? Are you interested in meeting new submissives? What kinds of practices do you enjoy most with them?
To keep the answer simple, in a submissive I basically look for:
- Time
- Loyalty
- Honesty
- A desire to explore
- Communication
- Sincerity
With these six qualities, any friendship, romantic, or BDSM relationship can succeed. When someone gives you these things, they clearly value you, and the relationship can be built on that foundation.
At the moment, I have six submissives and three slaves. The main difference is that a submissive has limits and a slave does not. If a submissive decides that one of his limits is remaining anonymous, I respect that. A slave has no wishes, preferences, or limits. I alone decide what to do at each moment according to what I consider most appropriate.
As for the practices I engage in with my submissives, my main goal is to help them explore. Most submissives come to me with the preconceived idea that pleasure comes from the tip of the penis, breasts, and vagina. I help them understand that men have other pleasure points, such as the anus. Men can achieve incredible prostate orgasms, whereas women, lacking a prostate, do not have that ability.
My favorite games include feminization, chastity, orgasm control, and anal play with my submissives. I like to stretch them with a dildo, a plug, and so on…
A submissive needs guidance so that he can discover his limits little by little.
- Cuckolding: What do you think attracts some men to the idea of watching their wife with other men? Is there a psychological or emotional root you can identify?
There is a very frequent connection between submissive men and a particular event in their childhood. Specifically, men who suffer from the Oedipus complex long to be treated by their partner the way their mother treated them. Men who had an authoritarian mother who used physical punishment now miss that sensation, which they associate with their mother’s love, and seek it in their partner. This is where many fantasies of submission to women are born.
There are also men who have lived or been raised in violent environments. Sometimes they had an aggressive father who beat their mother, and then their mother took her frustration out on her son, creating an association between violence and love that triggers masochistic behavior years later.
In other cases, suffering rape at an early age can also trigger a feeling similar to “Stockholm syndrome,” through which the victim distorts the reality of what happened.
- First steps: In the Dr. Cuckold community, there are thousands of men who would love to watch their wife enjoy herself with another man. Most do not know how to raise the subject with their partner. How do you recommend approaching this subject with a wife? What advice would you give the thousands of aspiring cuckolds?
The main thing is to accept yourself first. Get to know and accept your tastes, what motivates you, and what excites you… once you achieve that, everything else becomes much easier. When you begin moving toward your own desires, you become a person who is true to yourself. You learn to be less afraid.
My recommendation is that before entering a serious relationship with someone, you check whether you really share the same tastes. For that purpose, I always recommend sharing with your partner a porn video of a scene that turns you on. Send her a link to a video you like and accompany it with a message such as: “I’m sharing this video because I found it interesting and it sparked some curiosity in me. What do you think?” This way, you can start a conversation about virtually any fantasy.
The next step is to analyze and understand your partner’s response. If she gives you a firm NO, you can consider other paths, such as continuing to live out your fantasy in secret and being happy. But the worst thing you can do is try to fool yourself and do nothing, because sooner or later you will have a moment of personal revelation when you will not be satisfied at all.
- Jealousy: How do you approach jealousy or insecurity that might arise in these situations?
In my view, jealousy does not exist in a genuine cuckold relationship. The cuckold wants to see his wife enjoying herself with another man, and this excites him, but he does not feel jealous in that situation.

- Success story: Can you share a case, without names of course, in which you helped a man or a couple navigate this kind of fantasy successfully?
I see every person I have treated as someone with many different facets. You cannot analyze just one dimension in isolation. I admire the work of Virginia Henderson, who explained in her theory that patients should be viewed through a “biopsychosocial-religious” lens. Her studies have helped me create treatments with much better outcomes than when you focus on only one of the variables affecting a patient.
As a dominatrix, I want my submissives to progress in life. For this, I use Pavlov’s classical conditioning. We have two rewards: sex and money. If someone controls both for you, you will be able to progress. Money should not be squandered, and I want to be the owner of your orgasms. In this way, I can reward my submissives when they take an action that benefits them and withhold the reward when they have not behaved as they should.
As an example, I can share that about six years ago I met a submissive in Mexico City. He is a person who is very well known on Mexican television. He got married and met a Spanish dominatrix on his honeymoon. This woman led him down her path and managed to make him associate his happiness with giving money to his new dominatrix. We had a relationship for two years. It was very difficult to get him to stop associating his pleasure with giving gifts to a woman. Gifts should always be given for a justified reason or a need, not because a woman wants to take advantage of someone else.
In addition, another submissive I was involved with was obese and lived with his parents. I threatened to punish him so that he would find his motivation, something that would help him improve his physical condition, health, and finances. I had to work very hard in this case because he lacked motivation, but everything I did was genuinely for his own good. After a few months, he had managed to lose 25 pounds (about 12 kg). This man was a hotel manager, but he considered himself insignificant. He clearly lacked self-esteem. As his dominatrix, I helped him redirect his life and improve in several areas. He now feels much better and is immensely grateful to me. He is a new person.

- Mistress DR, please feel free to add any final comment or suggestion to close the interview.
I think it would be very interesting to add a questions-and-answers section to this page where aspiring cuckolds could write their questions. I would love to handle the answers and also share my knowledge as a sexologist here.
Absolutely! Thank you very much for the suggestion, for your time, and for your collaboration. Thousands of potential cuckolds will be very grateful to you as well.
